Are you an organised, proactive administrator with experience in Facilities Management or a maintenance helpdesk environment?
We’re recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator in Leeds to join a busy and supportive FM team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating engineers, contractors and maintenance works.

The Role – Helpdesk Administrator (FM)
As the first point of contact for maintenance requests, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across a commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for all helpdesk queries via phone and email

Log, allocate and track reactive and planned maintenance jobs using a CAFM system

Schedule engineers and contractors efficiently

Monitor job progress and ensure SLAs are met

Liaise with suppliers and support contractor onboarding

Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and reports

Provide general administrative support to the FM team
What We’re Looking For:
-
Previous experience in a Helpdesk Administrator, FM Administrator, Maintenance Coordinator or similar role

Experience working within Facilities Management (FM) preferred

Familiarity with CAFM systems (highly desirable)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)

High attention to detail
