HVAC Engineer 

Location: Cheshire
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 per week

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across client sites. The role includes both HVAC work and general building maintenance.

Key Duties

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and AC systems.

• Diagnose faults and repair/maintain Daikin and Toshiba units.

• Service and repair compressors, chillers, pumps, valves, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration systems.

• Replace components such as thermostats, controls, sensors, belts, and filters.

• Complete general building maintenance tasks (50–60%), including basic lighting and plumbing repairs.

• Use and maintain tools and equipment safely.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• Understanding of relevant regulations and building codes.

• Level 2 Air Conditioning + F-Gas Category 1 (minimum).

• Level 3 Installation (desirable).

• Full UK driving licence.
