Maintenance Plumber

Location: Manchester
Employer: Prestigious National Broadcaster
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate: £19.50 per hour
Hours: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work directly for a prestigious broadcaster at their Manchester site. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term prospects, with the role initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract and a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.

The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a large, technically demanding facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Mechanical maintenance and fault finding
• Working on AHUs and FCUs
• Maintenance of plant rooms
• General building fabric works
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with compliance requirements

About You:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber
• Background in building services or mechanical maintenance
• Ability to work independently in a professional environment
• Strong attention to health and safety
