Location: Hebburn
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Industry: Construction / Project Management
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
About the Role:
Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to grow your career in Facilities Maintenance and projects? Our busy national based company is seeking a Project Administrator to support our project teams. You’ll play a vital role in keeping projects on track by managing documentation, coordinating communications, and assisting our project managers with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams across multiple construction projects

Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, schedules, and reports

Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and timesheets

Coordinate project meetings, site visits, and client communications
-
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

Update project management systems and databases with key project information
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in project administration, ideally in the construction or building sector

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management software
