General Overview:

This role is a single-site role. You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring continuity of service is provided. When on site you will be responsible for providing a professional 'front of house' service for our client. Duties include welcoming and dealing with visitors / contractors, dealing with telephone, face to face enquirers, post-room/goods in duties, maintaining stationary cupboard and general administration, including dealing with contractors. A task list will be provided by the FM team to clarify expectations.

Required experiene:

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working with facilities management organisations
  • communication skills
  • Experience of telecommunication systems
  • Ability to manage meeting requests and other tasks
  • Good time management skills, being able to meet strict deadlines
  • General clerical and administrative skills
  • X-raying unusual packages
