We are recruiting a Shift Electrical Engineer to join a site-based team of four engineers at a high-profile commercial building located at 5 Appold Street, London.

This is a days-only shift role (7am–7pm, 4 on / 4 off) supporting a prestigious financial services occupier.

The role

• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance

• Fault-finding and repair of building services systems

• Supporting statutory compliance and health & safety requirements

• Liaising with subcontractors and site stakeholders

• Accurate completion of maintenance and compliance records

About you

• Fully qualified electrical engineer (NVQ / C&G / completed apprenticeship)

• Experience within commercial building maintenance

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability

• Comfortable working within a shift-based team

• Professional, safety-focused approach
