Position: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (with occasional on-call rota)
About the Role:
We’re working with one of the UK’s leading facilities management companies to recruit an experienced AC Engineer for their Birmingham operations. You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial sites including offices, retail, healthcare and education environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an AC Engineer looking to join a stable organisation with long-term contracts, strong support, and clear opportunities for progression.
About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain and fault-find on AC and HVAC systems

• Carry out PPM and reactive works across commercial sites

• Work on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant

• Complete F-Gas and compliance paperwork accurately

• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service on-site

• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an AC Engineer in a commercial environment

• F-Gas Category 1 (essential)

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and controls

• Full UK driving licence
