Administrator (Experience Preferred)

Location & Working Hours
  • Based in the Cannock office
  • Monday - Friday
  • 09:00 - 17:00
  • Hybrid working available (1 day/week) after the probationary period

Role Overview
  • Contract role covering one main contract (Travelodge)
  • Working closely with 1xSupervisor and 1xTeam Member

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering calls
  • Logging jobs
  • Deploying engineers to jobs
  • Raising purchase orders (POs)
  • Data input using Excel
  • Working across Job Logic, Google Drive (work planner), and Excel

Skills & Requirements
  • Confidence on the phone
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous administration experience preferred

Office Environment
  • Friendly team with a good sense of humour
  • Ability to stay focused and deliver work when required
