- Contract role covering one main contract (Travelodge)
- Working closely with 1xSupervisor and 1xTeam Member
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls
- Logging jobs
- Deploying engineers to jobs
- Raising purchase orders (POs)
- Data input using Excel
- Working across Job Logic, Google Drive (work planner), and Excel
Skills & Requirements
- Confidence on the phone
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Previous administration experience preferred
Office Environment
- Friendly team with a good sense of humour
- Ability to stay focused and deliver work when required
