Maintenance Electrician - EC3M, High-End Law Firm

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join their team on a high-end law firm portfolio based in London (a stones throw away from Fenchurch Street Station) with additional coverage of sites in Birmingham and Manchester once a month.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 8:00am to 5:00pm, working as part of a two-person on-site team. Travel to Birmingham and Manchester is required approximately once per month, with all travel fully covered.

The role is client-facing within a professional law firm environment, requiring a well-presented and reliable engineer. You will carry out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, with a need to be multi-skilled and comfortable working on systems such as AHUs and FCUs. There will also be some off-the-tools duties, including logbooks and contractor liaison.

Salary and Package

• Salary up to £47,000
