Contract Manager – Engineering Team
Location: OX11 Postcode Area
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + bonus
Benefits: Company car, private healthcare, training & progression
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead a team of four engineers on a static commercial site in the OX11 area for a major Facilities Management company. This is a senior role for a hands-on manager with strong leadership skills, responsible for delivering exceptional service, compliance, and operational performance.
The Role

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of four engineers (electrical, mechanical, or fabric)

Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance operations

Ensure site compliance with statutory regulations and company standards

Manage client relationships, reporting, and service delivery expectations

Coordinate resources, schedules, and work allocation efficiently

Drive performance, health & safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

Participate in high-level escalations and occasional call-out rota

Full UK driving licence
