We’re recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join an on-site engineering team supporting a large leisure and hospitality estate in Skegness, on behalf of a leading global facilities management provider.

This is a stable, site-based role with consistent hours, overtime available, and opportunities for training and progression.

The Role

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems

• Reactive maintenance and fault-finding

• Lighting, power, sockets, and small electrical works

• Emergency lighting testing

• Basic fire alarm checks

• Supporting general building services where required

• Completing job reports and compliance paperwork

• Reporting into the on-site Contract Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Electrician or Maintenance Electrician

• Level 3 Electrical qualification

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Experience within commercial / FM environments

• Strong fault-finding skills
