Electrical Project Manager – Neston
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOE + Company Car
Location: Office based in Neston with some travel to sites across the North West
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established facilities management and building services provider, for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team based in Neston.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of mechanical and electrical projects across the North West, working with a range of established clients including public sector and commercial organisations.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects ranging from £50,000 to £500,000, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget. The role is largely delivery-focused, working alongside the wider team who support with pricing, quotations and project scoping.

Projects are primarily based across Cheshire East, Cheshire West, Warrington and Merseyside, with occasional site visits required for project setup and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of electrical and building services projects from initiation through to completion
  • Oversee projects typically valued between £50,000 and £500,000
  • Coordinate site mobilisation and project setup
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress, reporting on timelines and costs
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety and industry standards

Contracts

You will be delivering projects across a number of established contracts including:

  • Public sector sites including courts and schools
  • Merseyside Police facilities
  • Commercial and leisure venues

Package

  • Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
