Job Title: Small Works Supervisor
Location: Ideally Leeds (travel required from Peterborough to Middlesbrough)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Company Van

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Small Works Supervisor to support projects up to £100k in value. This role will involve regular travel across the M1 corridor, covering the East Midlands through to the North East.

We’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude, strong reliability, and the confidence to manage site teams and supply chain while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Site set-up and project mobilisation

• Day-to-day supervision of workforce and supply chain

• Managing projects up to £100k

• Maintaining project documentation

• Supporting project close-out and invoicing

Requirements

• SSSTS qualified (minimum)

• Technical trade background (Gas, AC, or Construction)

• Willing to travel across the M1 corridor

• Able to obtain SC clearance (British national preferred due to site restrictions)

Desirable

• Experience scoping/pricing jobs

• Project management background
