Extra Works Supervisor - M&E

Salary - £48,000

Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00

We're recruiting for one of the largest FM companies in the UK based on a contract for a well known airline company based out of Terminal 3 at Heathrow Airport. We're looking for an Extra Works Supervisor with an M&E or facilities management background to work closely with the on-site client and suppliers to complete extra works at the site.

In this role you will have no direct reports but the responsibility to work with trusted contractors and suppliers to complete additional works on the site up to approximately £900k per year with around a maximum of £30k per job. In this role we're looking for a candidate who can progress into an Operations Manager in the future.

Due to requirement for Airside clearance, candidates must have a full employment history, with no gaps for the past 5 years. Minimal employers in that term will be desirable.
