Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to look after 6 floors of office space for 3 tenants in a high-end commercial skyscraper - in this role you'll be responsible for reactive & planned maintenance, site logbooks, dealing with contractors, permits as well as liaising with the client & management.
