Mechanical Maintenance Manager – FM Company
Location: UB6 (Covering Commercial Portfolio within M25)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits

An established FM company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead a small team of engineers, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial property portfolio within the M25.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee mechanical maintenance operations across multiple commercial sites
• Lead, support, and develop a small team of engineers
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance checks
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Mechanical Maintenance Manager or similar role within FM
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
