MEP / HVAC Site Manager – Edinburgh

We’re looking for an experienced MEP / HVAC Site Manager to join a £3.5M decarbonisation project for a major retail client in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme transitioning stores to air source heat pump technology, with strong long-term prospects across Scotland and the North.

The Project

• Replacement of 10 rooftop AHUs

• Installation of air source heat pumps & plant rooms

• Roof-level pipework and BMS (Trend) integration

• Associated electrical works

• Mostly external works

The Role

You’ll lead site delivery, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and subcontract teams while ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met. You’ll also oversee plant installation, crane operations, and commissioning readiness.

About You

• Proven experience as an MEP / HVAC Site Manager

• Strong HVAC knowledge (AHUs, heat pumps, plant rooms)

• Experience managing subcontractors on live/large sites

• Solid understanding of H&S, permits, and site logistics

• Able to work site-based in Edinburgh
