- Execute planned maintenance, covering tasks such as fire alarm checks, emergency light testing, water temperature checks, and tap flushing.
- Handle reactive maintenance tasks that can vary daily, including putting up shelves, changing taps, fixing windows or doors, and painting and decorating.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Enjoy the flexibility of traveling from site to site, taking in the beautiful scenery of Yorkshire.
- Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance.
- Strong skills in a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
