Electrical Supervisor – Wakefield – £48K – Static Site

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading facilities management provider on a static site in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrical professional looking to step into or continue in a supervisory role within a stable maintenance contract environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of engineers delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance

• Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and compliance standards

• Act as the main point of contact for the client on-site

• Support with scheduling, planning, and allocation of maintenance tasks

• Carry out hands-on electrical maintenance when required

• Oversee compliance tasks including PPM schedules, testing, and inspections

• Ensure all documentation and reporting is completed accurately and on time

• Assist with audits and ensure KPI/SLA targets are met

Requirements:

• Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)

• 18th Edition (BS7671) essential

• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer role

• Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance systems

• Experience working within FM / maintenance contracts

• Good understanding of health & safety legislation

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Package:

• Salary up to £48,000 per annum

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

• Static site – no travel required

• Monday to Friday role (typically 40 hours per week)
