Job Title: Fabric Technician
Location: Darlington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call-Out: No call-out required

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fabric Technician in Darlington to handle planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring building fabric is well-maintained. This full-time role offers stable hours with no call-out duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM and reactive repairs on doors, windows, ceilings, walls, and flooring.
• Minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of completed tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in fabric maintenance or similar role.
• Basic skills in building repairs, carpentry, and plumbing.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
