- £50,000 – £55,000 + Shift Allowance
- 4 on 4 off | 7am – 7pm (Days Only)

We’re working with CBRE on an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a high-profile site at The Gherkin.

This is a busy, client-facing environment, ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a strong on-site team.

The Role:

• Electrical-biased Multi Skilled Engineer (HVAP essential)
• Mix of reactive works across tenant and landlord areas
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) duties
• Involvement in ongoing projects and additional works

Plant & Systems Exposure:

• Generators
• Sprinkler systems
• Chillers
• Cooling towers

The Team:

You’ll be part of a well-structured and supportive team including:

• 4 Engineers
• Fabric Technician
• Water Technician
• Operations Manager
• Account Director

The Environment:

• Busy, high-end commercial site
• Strong client interaction – professionalism is key

What We’re Looking For:

• Electrically biased engineer
• HVAP qualification (essential)
• Strong client-facing skills
