Static Site Hospital | £42,000 Basic | Day Shifts Only

4 On | 4 Off | 7am-7pm + Overtime Available

We are recruiting a Commercial Plumber to support our established team on Chase Farm Hospital.

The Role

• Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance across the Hospital
• Fault finding on plant rooms, water checks, pipework, pumps etc.
• Support statutory compliance and safe systems of work
• Day Shift Pattern, 4 On 4 Off
• Operate within a structured FM contract environment

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/Mechanical or Equivalent
• Commercial building maintenance experience
• Desire to learn, upskill and progress with a Tier 1 FM company.

• Up to £42,000 basic salary + Overtime on your Terms
