Up To £35,000 Basic Salary + Vehicle
3 Days On Site and 2 Days Mobile

- Ensure that all technical KPI’s and SLA’s are met for planned and reactive activities.
- Carry out on going condition reporting on assets via the CAFM system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded and updating Life Cycle Asset Management data
- Proactively raise corrective maintenance work orders to cover all additional works required on the assets. All WO’s to be allocated to the correct asset giving real time maintenance history, and time on tools
- Ensure that all local site records are kept up to date and ‘audit ready’, prioritising statutory tasks.
- Ensure all activities are delivered in a professional manner, mindful of the overall customer experience.
- Report any delays to planned or reactive works back to the Facilities Manager to allow for re scheduling or escalation.
- Pro actively obtain quotes for materials, parts or extra works and submit to the FM for approval.
- Where applicable ensure items requiring calibration are in date.
- 18th Edition (Desirable)
- Level 2/3 Trade Qualification
- NEBOSH or Similar
- Knowledge of PPM Systems in FM
- Customer Service Experience
- Understanding and Experience of Building Systems
- The Want To Improve and Upskill
