We are recruiting for a senior Helpdesk & Performance Manager to join a flagship healthcare facilities management contract in East London.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for improving service delivery, optimising CAFM systems, and driving performance across a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will lead the Helpdesk function (team of 4) while owning the full lifecycle of planned and reactive maintenance performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a Helpdesk team (recruitment, training, performance)
• Own and optimise the CAFM system and work order lifecycle (PPM & reactive)
• Drive performance against KPIs & SLAs across the contract
• Analyse data and produce Excel / BI reports to improve service delivery
• Present performance insights to senior stakeholders and clients
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
• Act as escalation point for operational and service delivery issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in FM Helpdesk / Performance / Contract Support Management
• Strong CAFM system expertise (hard services environment essential)
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills (BI tools desirable)
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and improve processes
