£65,000 + £5,100 Car Allowance + Bonus

We are recruiting for a senior Helpdesk & Performance Manager to join a flagship healthcare facilities management contract in East London.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for improving service delivery, optimising CAFM systems, and driving performance across a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will lead the Helpdesk function (team of 4) while owning the full lifecycle of planned and reactive maintenance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a Helpdesk team (recruitment, training, performance)
- Own and optimise the CAFM system and work order lifecycle (PPM & reactive)
- Drive performance against KPIs & SLAs across the contract
- Analyse data and produce Excel / BI reports to improve service delivery
- Present performance insights to senior stakeholders and clients
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Act as escalation point for operational and service delivery issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in FM Helpdesk / Performance / Contract Support Management
- Strong CAFM system expertise (hard services environment essential)
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills (BI tools desirable)
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and improve processes
