Job Advert: Mechanical Pump Engineer – Commercial Maintenance (London, M25 Area)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Van (Personal Use) + Fuel Card
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Pump Engineer to join our established building services team, working across a portfolio of commercial properties within the M25. If you’re a mechanically-minded engineer with strong experience in pump systems and plant room equipment, this role offers long-term stability, a competitive package, and a supportive working environment.
The Role:
Working as part of a mobile maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:

Installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of various mechanical pump systems

Fault-finding and diagnosis on booster sets, pressurisation units, circulation pumps, and wastewater pumps

Routine checks and inspections in plant rooms across commercial sites

Supporting PPM schedules and responding to reactive breakdowns

Ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and completing job reports accurately

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience working with mechanical pump systems in a commercial or industrial setting

Strong understanding of plumbing, pressure systems, and plant room operations

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
