Starting his career at HVAC Recruitment as a Consultant, Paul has proved his ability as not only an effective recruiter but also a confident leader. Progressing quickly in to a Regional Manager role he has lead both the Midlands and Soft Services Team on to further expansion. Now as Associate Director, Paul now helps lead the further development and growth of the company as a whole, including the expansion into the US.
