Are you a Fabric Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Are you wanting further training and progression to get ahead in your career? Do you have good commercial fabric maintenance experience?
We are seeking Fabric Engineer to undertake repairs and maintenance works at a large site in Heathrow.
Your main duties as our Fabric Engineer will include:
- Carrying out routine PPM tasks, reactive works, and small projects - sometimes on your own and sometimes part of a team
- Building-related tasks including repairs to doors, tiling, plastering, flooring, and general carpentry - perhaps even some basic plumbing!
- Attending callouts/breakdowns and carrying out remedial repairs and replacements
- Providing materials lists and time estimates for return remedial works
