Supervisor (M&E) – Facilities Management
Location: Westminster, London
Salary: £50,000 + Company Van
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a well-established Facilities Management provider based in Westminster. This role is ideal for a technically strong M&E professional who is comfortable being both on and off the tools, leading a team while also remaining hands-on when required.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and ensuring the smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team of 6 M&E engineers

• Carrying out and supervising planned preventative maintenance and reactive works

• Remaining hands-on with engineering tasks when required

• Managing and allocating work through the CAFM system

• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety and compliance standards

• Supporting with PPM planning, reporting, and documentation

• Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery standards are maintained

• Assisting with team development, training, and performance management

Requirements

• Strong M&E background within the Facilities Management sector

• Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience

• Comfortable working on and off the tools

• Experience using CAFM systems

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications
