Our client are on the market for an experience Facilities Supervisor to provide all-round engineering support maintaining the infrastructure of the building, complying with Health & Safety codes of practice.
It is the Facilities Supervisor’s responsibility to manage the expectations of our primary client ensuring that a high level of customer service is provided.
To act as a coordination point for the day-to-day activities on site between the building tenant & client, specialist service partners and project works, including supervision of the necessary permits to work and risk assessments, ensuring that conduct of all personnel under his control is safe, professional and conscientious
Maintain excellent standards of response to plant failures, completion of assigned work and ensure any abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues are dealt with proficiently.
The successful candidate will complete the below Key Tasks;
Managing/completing PPM & Reactive task completion
Remedial works – Mechanical,HVAC, Electrical and minor plumbing etc
Managing/completing daily/weekly cooling tower checks, weekly flushing, monthly temperature
Sub-contractor monitoring/co-coordinating – Sign in process through to completion
Health & safety awareness of fellow personnel
To be able to provide information to assist with the completion of reports.
Awareness of the correct procedures set by the client for responses to building codes
Weekly update to Facilities Manager and/or client
