Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to be based at a retail chain's European headquarters, the £91 million building was opened in 2021 and houses around 1,600 staff - in this role you'll be responsible for all heldpesk duties across site, liaising with external and internal customers as well as upholding a 5 star service.
As a Helpdesk Administrator you will recieve 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension & perkbox, further training as well as a clear career progression path.
