Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Plumbing

Salary: £34,000 + overtime + 1:4 callout
(Expected earnings of £42,000+)

The role:
As a Maintenance Engineer you’ll be joining an established team of electrical and fabric engineers, and you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance in a large production and commercial office space.
Your time and works will be shared between two locations, West Drayton, and Maidenhead.
A heavy plumbing bias is required for this role, however, there is an expectation that as a Maintenance Engineer you will also be responsible for conducting basic electrical works and other general building maintenance.
What you’ll need:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
Experience with Trace Heating equipment
Experience working with electrical works, carpentry, joinery.
Full & Clean Driving License
