Business Development Manager – Facilities Management
Location: Warrington (National Coverage)

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specialising in Facilities Management services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive growth, develop new client relationships, and deliver tailored FM solutions across the UK.

About the Role

Based out of Warrington with national coverage, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our facilities management offering. You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s growth ambitions while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve growth targets.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in facilities management (hard and soft FM).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within facilities management or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of FM services, both hard and soft.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Flexible and willing to travel nationally.

  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
