The Role:
- Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.
- Where needed help with other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related tasks.
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all gas/heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.
Requirements:
- COCN1 or CODNC1
- CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1
- C & G Level 2/3 Mechanical or Electrical
- Full UK Driving Licence is required.
- Demonstrable experience of liaising with customers.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
