Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site (Private Healthcare).
- Ensure optimum performance of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle modifications and installations as required.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers..
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- City & Guild Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1 & 3 = Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2 & 4 = Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 6am - 6pm Day Shifts
