We are recruiting an Electrical Engineer to join an established, site-based engineering team at a prestigious commercial building located at 99 Kensington High Street, London.

This role sits on a newly awarded contract with 5 years remaining, offering long-term job security, a stable Monday–Friday working pattern and the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime if desired.

The role

• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance

• Fault-finding and repair of building services systems

• Supporting statutory compliance and health & safety requirements

• Liaising with subcontractors and site stakeholders

• Accurate completion of maintenance and compliance records

About you

• Fully qualified electrical engineer (NVQ / C&G / completed apprenticeship)

• Experience within commercial building maintenance

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Professional, safety-focused approach

• Good communication skills
