Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime & Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

You’ll be based at a high-end commercial office just a stone’s throw from BT Tower, carrying out reactive & planned maintenance, keeping site logbooks up to date, and liaising with landlords daily to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned & reactive electrical maintenance
- Maintain site logbooks & compliance records
- Work closely with landlords and building management
- Occasional travel to other sites (fully subsidised)
