Static Hospital Estate

£65,000 | Monday–Friday | Site Based | No Call-Out

We are appointing a HVAC Manager to take full technical and operational ownership of a large, complex ventilation and AHU estate within a critical hospital environment in Hammersmith.

This is a senior, visible role for a ventilation specialist who wants genuine authority over assets, compliance and performance—without mobile working, shifts or contract-level distraction.

If you are currently acting as the technical lead for HVAC or ventilation and want clear ownership, influence and long-term stability, this role delivers that.

Your role

• Full ownership of a ventilation estate comprising circa 200 AHUs

• Lead, manage and technically support a specialist HVAC team

• Ensure performance, resilience and compliance of all HVAC assets

• Control isolations, permits and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)

• Act as the site’s HVAC technical authority

• Produce technical reports and present updates to senior stakeholders

• Work closely with projects teams, providing HVAC design and delivery input

What we’re looking for

• Proven background in HVAC / ventilation within healthcare or critical environments

• Relevant qualification in a mechanical or HVAC discipline

• Ventilation AP tickets highly desirable

• Strong understanding of compliance, permits and healthcare standards

• Confident communicator with strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
