We’re looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer / Improver to join a growing team delivering maintenance services within an established educational contract in Plymouth!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a stable, supportive environment with strong training and progression opportunities.

The Role

• Predominantly static role (approx. 80%) based on a single educational site in Plymouth
• Working alongside a small, experienced team of 2 engineers
• Carrying out a mix of:
• HVAC maintenance
• Air conditioning servicing and repairs
• Ventilation systems maintenance
• Basic plumbing works
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance tasks
• Monday to Friday
• No call out rota
• Plenty of overtime opportunities available

About You

• Some experience within air conditioning, HVAC, or building services (ideal for improvers)
