The Company:

Our client specialises in providing mechanical and electrical building services, building fabrics repair and soft services to multiple sectors inclusive of commercial offices, education, critical environments, retail sites, shopping centres, local authorities, distribution and logistics, and manufacturers.

Working mobile, covering pharmaceutical sites in Luton and London, the electrical engineer will be tasked with proactively accomplishing the everyday electrical maintenance requirements of their client within the set service level agreement (SLA) terms, ensuring all work orders are opened, completed and closed in real time.

Key Tasks include:

Electrical PPMs

Reactive maintenance

Occasional project work

Ability to manage a busy workload whilst maintaining high levels of service execution

Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 electrical qualifications

17th / 18th Edition

Must have a good attitude to work

Excellent client facing skills & experience working within the building service environment

Package:

Salary: circa £37,000

Monday to Friday, 0800 – 1700

33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
