The Account Manager will be:
- Responsible for the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts across multiple portfolios
- Direct line management to a team of mobile and static engineers
- Responsible for all finances across the accounts, including P&L accountability
- Developing client relations, and looking for opportunities to expand the account
- Conducting site visits and audits
- Point of contact for all H&S across the accounts
- Managing small projects, up to £30k in house
The Account Manager will have:
- A technical background, whether that be mechanical or electrical
- Proven record of account/contract management
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualified is preferred
