Overview

We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a modern, well maintained static site in West London.
This role offers stability, a clean working environment, weekday shifts only and a fair callout rota.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across the site
• Fault finding on lighting, power, distribution boards and control systems
• Minor electrical repairs, replacements and upgrades
• Support mechanical/fabric tasks when required
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and technical issues
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements
• Participate in the 1?in?4 call?out rota (with standby payment)

What You’ll Need

• Strong electrical background within building services
• 18th Edition or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Experience handling electrical maintenance in commercial environments
• Good fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently on a static site
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
