Overview

We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a large, modern static site in West London.
You’ll work with a stable engineering team, handling electrical building services tasks across a clean, well?maintained commercial environment.

This role is ideal for an electrically?skilled engineer who enjoys structure, routine, and long?term site stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across the building
• Fault?finding on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control systems
• Minor repairs, replacements, and small electrical works
• Supporting mechanical and fabric tasks when needed
• Responding to breakdowns and call?outs when on standby
• Ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements
• Working closely with on?site teams to maintain building performance

What You’ll Need

• Strong electrical background in building services
• 18th Edition (preferred)
• Experience with commercial maintenance environments
• Good diagnostic and problem?solving skills
• Ability to work independently on a static site
• Strong communication and proactive work ethic
