Overview

We’re recruiting a Mechanical Plumber for a major insurance company’s headquarters near Liverpool Street.
This is a long?term, stable static?site position with strong on?site support and a high?quality commercial environment.

The Role

Working as part of the on?site engineering team, you’ll carry out mechanical and plumbing maintenance across the building. You’ll ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical and plumbing maintenance across a commercial building
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Fault?finding and carrying out repairs on plant and systems
• Supporting wider engineering operations as needed
• Ensuring all work adheres to health, safety and compliance standards

What You’ll Need

• Experience as a Mechanical Plumber in commercial building services
• Strong mechanical maintenance and fault?finding skills
• Good understanding of building services systems
• Ability to work independently on a static site
• Positive, proactive approach and strong communication
