Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: North West (Mobile – based in Salford)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our North West mobile FM team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance

• Respond to breakdowns and participate in call-out rota

• Complete all documentation accurately and on time

• Ensure work meets SLA/KPI targets

• Supervise subcontractors and follow Health & Safety procedures

• Identify energy-saving opportunities

Requirements

• Relevant AC/Refrigeration qualifications including F-Gas (Cat 1)

• Experience in a mobile FM/service contract environment

• Good understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and H&S

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Good communication and customer service skills
