Air Conditioning Engineer

Up To £42,000 Basic Salary + Company Vehicle + Personal Use

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on AC systems.
  • 41.25 hour working week.
  • Ensure all work conforms to agreed company standards.
  • Self manage your day to days.
  • Working on commercial contracts including  Schools, Retail and Banks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • City & Guilds F-Gas certification.
  • City & Guilds Safe Handling of Refrigerants or NVQ Level 2.
  • Proven experience with different AC units and PPM tasks.
  • A valid driving license is essential.

Key Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-management and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills.

First 3-6 Months:

  • Probationary period with job shadowing.
  • Gradual transition to independently managing maintenance tasks.
