Maintenance Engineer (Static Site)

Salary: £32,000–£40,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Point: Static site in London EC1A

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join a long?term, temp?to?perm position based at a static commercial site in EC1A.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys stability, routine hours, and working within an experienced on?site team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out general building maintenance across the site, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently, and supporting the wider engineering team as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance across the site
• Basic electrical, mechanical, and fabric repairs (as appropriate to skillset)
• Fault?finding and problem?solving
• Ensuring all work is completed to compliance standards
• Working closely with the on-site FM/engineering team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a maintenance engineering role (FM/commercial preferred)
• Strong general building services knowledge
• Able to work independently and manage workload
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Willingness to pick up varied daily tasks
