This role is to manage the existing Industrial Refrigeration business in the region and additionally continue the expansion of all activities in the area. You will be given a company vehicle to aid you in delivering a top notch service.

What You'll Do:
- Take the lead in managing our Industrial Refrigeration service business in the North region.
- Conduct maintenance and service visits to a variety of customer locations, including food factories, RDCs, and warehouses.
- Handle different types of compressor packs and refrigerants, ensuring optimal performance of refrigeration systems.
- Provide both scheduled maintenance and reactive breakdown support during normal working hours.
- Participate in out-of-hours support through a standby rota, ensuring prompt response to emergencies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements and business objectives.
- Adhere to industry best practices and legislative guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of quality in all engineering tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Industrial Refrigeration engineering services.
- Technical competencies and certificates relevant to the role (e.g., 2079 Refrigerant Handling, ACRIB, Ammonia).
- Completion of a recognized training course or apprenticeship in Industrial Refrigeration.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and service duties for medium to large industrial applications.
- Experience in technical diagnosis and fault-finding on large central plant installations and refrigeration compressors.
