Our client is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to lead their engineering team of 8 across a ten-storey building bordered by tree-lined avenues and energetic shared spaces. Five floors are pre-let to L'Oreal as their new HQ, with 157,000 sq ft of workspace and 6,000 sq ft of terracing.

The ideal Maintenance Electrician will have solid all round M&E knowledge, be computer literate and have a background in client facing environments as well as being able to lead a team of engineers.
