We are looking to recruit a Static Maintenance Electrician/ Supervisor to work on one of the company's most prestigious sites in Sheffield.

As a Maintenance Electrician/ Supervisor you will be responsible to ensure that the electrical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule and look after your own work load. You will also be tasked with building and managing client relationships, managing sub contractors and the wider mobile team. 

Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical maintenance & building services tasks. This could be anything from a simple lamp change / emergency light test to a 6 month / annual test. The role will involve a range of electrical maintenance, electrical fault-finding, and electrical repair. Aswel as HVAC, BMS, water or mechancial (pumps & motor) maintenance (al training provided)

Qualifications or Required Experience:

  • 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications
  • Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems and mechanical systems.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets
