We are recruiting a Mechanical Plumber to join a busy, modern commercial site based at 6 Pancras Square. This is a static role, offering stability, strong site support, and the option to consider a junior-level engineer looking to develop in a high?profile environment.

The Role

Working as part of an on?site engineering team, you will carry out mechanical and plumbing maintenance across the building, ensuring all work is delivered to a professional standard. This includes both planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical and plumbing maintenance on a large commercial site
• PPMs and reactive works
• Fault-finding and basic repairs
• Supporting the wider engineering team when required
• Ensuring all work complies with site safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Mechanical Plumber (or a junior engineer looking to step up)
• Strong mechanical maintenance skills
• Good understanding of building services
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently on a static site
